Board of Directors

Agape Sober Homes Inc partners with Invest 200 Sober Homes LLC, a private real estate investment entity, to expand the availability of high-quality sober living housing throughout Massachusetts.
This partnership helps Agape secure stable, well-maintained properties that we operate as structured sober homes.
Relationship Between Agape & Invest 200
- Invest 200 Sober Homes LLC is a separate, for-profit real estate investment company.
- Agape Sober Homes Inc is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) operator of sober living homes.
- Invest 200 may acquire, improve, or master-lease properties for the purpose of being operated by Agape.
- Agape pays rent (or the operator pays rent) to Invest 200 or the property owner under a lease agreement.
- No donations made to Agape Sober Homes Inc are transferred to Invest 200.
- Donations support only the nonprofit mission, residents, and program operations.
Important Donor Disclosure
Investing in Invest 200 is NOT a donation.
- Investments carry financial risk.
- Investments are not tax-deductible.
- Agape does not manage, raise, or distribute investor funds.
- Agape receives no percentage of investor returns.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for residency at an Agape sober home, applicants must:
- Demonstrate commitment to sobriety
- Agree to zero-tolerance alcohol and drug policy
- Participate in peer-governance and weekly meetings
- Agree to house rules and accountability measures
- Maintain respectful behavior toward all residents
- Meet move-in readiness requirements
- Pass screening interview with house manager or intake team
(Residency is subject to bed availability.)
Resident Fees
Agape Sober Homes Inc collects weekly resident fees that support the essential costs of maintaining a safe, substance-free, and supportive sober living environment. These fees help cover:
- Rent & utilities
- Property maintenance
- Common-area and community supplies
- Peer-support operations
- Drug and alcohol screening supplies
- General business operations
Resident Requirements
Agape Sober Homes Inc is a structured sober living residence, not a treatment or clinical program.
All residents agree to follow our established sober living standards, which include:
- Curfew times
- Mandatory drug and alcohol testing
- House chores and cleanliness expectations
- Behavioral and safety requirements
- Overnight guest restrictions
- Participation in a recovery-focused lifestyle
Resident Agreements
Before moving in, residents review and sign our Resident Agreement and House Rules, which outline the expectations for living in a sober, respectful, and recovery-oriented home aligned with MASH and national recovery residence standards.
Important Note
Resident fees are housing and participation fees, not taxes and not donations. Agape Sober Homes Inc provides structured recovery housing only and does not offer clinical, medical, or therapeutic services.
Resident Rights
Residents have the right to:
- A safe, clean, supportive environment
- Respect, dignity, and privacy
- Fair enforcement of house rules
- A written copy of the House Rules & Resident Handbook
- A grievance procedure
- Notice of any program changes
- Access to peer-supported meetings
- Non-discrimination in housing decisions
House Rules Enforcement
Violations of rules may result in:

- Peer meeting review
- Temporary restrictions
- Immediate discharge for severe violations
- Referral to detox or crisis centers if appropriate
Directors and staff may act swiftly to ensure the safety of all residents.
